We had a lovely time at the Secrets resort during our Christmas trip, where the hospitality and clean rooms stood out. However, we faced some challenges like the maintenance of public restrooms and the rocky beach. The food experience was mixed, with some standout dishes and others that didn't meet our expectations. Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the staff's friendliness and entertainment options made up for it.
